The full program can be found in your Member's Hand Book distributed upon registration and copies will also posted on the Centre's Notice Board each morning of competition and in each age group folder for your reference.

Our Centre offers coaching by Qualified Coaches for our registered under 6 -17 athletes during the season.

Details of specialist coaching available will be released during the season to our registered athletes.
